Accounts & contacts

One account per customer relationship, even when that customer runs several legal entities.

One account, one relationship

In Revari, an account is the whole customer relationship. If your customer operates several legal entities, such as a holding company with subsidiaries or a group of affiliated businesses, they all live under one account, so each relationship has a single record.

Each legal entity is added to the account with its own quantity (seats, employees or units, depending on how you price). That is what lets you price and quote the whole group in a single pass later.

The account page

Open an account to see the whole relationship, organized into tabs:

  • Overview: who they are, their entities and recent activity.
  • People: every contact, with the option to tie a contact to a specific entity.
  • Pipeline: open deals for this account.
  • Book: what they already buy from you, including renewals.
  • Records: attachments, custom fields and the activity timeline.
  • Upsell: start a pre-filled quote for an additional product in two clicks.

Contacts

Every contact belongs to an account, so you always know which company a person works for. Add contacts from the account's People tab, mark a primary contact, and they're ready when you build quotes and send proposals.

Cleaning up duplicates

If two accounts turn out to be the same customer, merge them. The merge moves contacts, deals, quotes, tasks, renewals and history onto the account you keep, so every record comes with it.
