How the pipeline is organized
Deals move through stages, and your workspace admin sets the stage names and order to match how your team sells. Every deal carries a value and sits in exactly one stage. The board shows open and weighted totals at the top, so your forecast is always a clear number.
Moving a deal forward
Advance a deal by moving it to the next stage from the board or the deal page. Some stage moves ask for information the next stage needs, for example details your operations team will want at closing time. Filling these in as you go keeps the end of the quarter calm.
Closing a deal as lost always asks for a loss reason. That reason powers the Win-back desk later, so you'll know why you lost and when to come back.
Owners and assignments
Every deal has an owner, shown on the card, so each deal has someone looking after it. Managers can reassign deals when territories change, and tasks on a deal can go to teammates with due dates.
The deal page
Open any deal to see its linked quotes with full product lines, contacts, tasks, notes and the complete history of stage moves. When a deal is won, it can carry a billing memo: the summary your operations or billing team uses to set the customer up.
