Revari spots what you repeat
Maybe you type the same task after every stage move, or open the same few pages to answer one question. Revari finds each person's own repeats and shows them on Today, in a card with the count and the time it costs.
When someone does the same thing by hand over and over, Revari either points them to the feature that already handles it or fills in a rule for them to check. Each suggestion shows roughly how many hours it would save.
You create the same follow-up task by hand each time a deal reaches Proposal. A rule can create it for you.
A scheduled report can email it to you every morning.
Would this save you time? Tell us, and it helps shape what we build next.
Suggestions show up on Today and above your Hey Revari conversation, each with the numbers behind it.
Maybe you type the same task after every stage move, or open the same few pages to answer one question. Revari finds each person's own repeats and shows them on Today, in a card with the count and the time it costs.
Review & create opens the rule editor with everything filled in and set to your own deals. Change whatever you like, then press Create when it looks right.
If Revari already does it, the card takes you there, and if it's an idea for something new, you can tell us you'd use it. Pick Not for me and Revari asks why, so it can suggest better next time. Later hides the card for two weeks.
Admins see which rules fired, how often, and the hours they saved, alongside how many suggestions people took or turned down. Every hours figure is labelled as an estimate.
You're doing by hand something Revari already does, like running the same report every morning. The card names the feature and takes you to it.
A rule filled in from what you actually do, set to your own deals. Once you create it, it's an ordinary rule you can edit or switch off.
When people keep repeating a task, they can tell us they'd like it automated. Those votes shape what we build next.
Admins can also write rules from scratch in the same editor: choose what to watch for, then what Revari should do when it happens. Here's what you can choose from.
Revari works from what people already do in it: the records they change and the pages they open. It never records keystrokes or screens.
Your suggestions are only shown to you.
Managers and admins see where the team's time goes, as totals with nobody named.
Accepting, snoozing or dismissing a suggestion is logged in the audit trail, and a rule made from a suggestion goes through the same steps as one made by hand.
Only when you say so. A tip takes you to the right page, and a feature idea records your vote. An automation opens the rule editor already filled in, and the rule is created when you press Create.
No. Revari works from the activity already in your workspace, and each suggestion comes from something a person has repeated often enough to be a real pattern.
For a suggestion: how often it happens in a month, times the typical time it takes (counted at no more than 30 minutes). For a rule: each time it runs, times the minutes the suggestion measured, or 5 minutes for rules written by hand. Both are estimates and say so.
No. Revari finds patterns by counting what happens in your workspace. Where AI is switched on, it only rewrites the wording of a suggestion Revari has already found, and it works from the counts alone.
