How it worksFrom draft to published
Here's what happens to a post between the first draft and the moment it goes live.
01 · WriteOne post, a version for each network
Start with the message, then adjust it for each network. The LinkedIn version can run long while the X version stays short, and you can see them side by side. As you type, Revari checks each version against that network's limits, such as caption length, number of images, image shape and video length.
02 · ReviewA manager signs off
Anyone on the team can write a post and send it for review, and a manager or an admin approves it and puts it on the schedule. If someone edits a post after it's approved, the approval resets and the post waits for a fresh sign-off before Revari schedules it.
03 · ScheduleIt goes out when you said it would
Pick a day and a time. Nine on Tuesday means nine where you are, and it still means that after the clocks change. If the time falls in your quiet hours, Revari warns you and lets you decide whether to send it anyway.
04 · FixClear next steps when a send needs help
Revari watches every send. If a network needs something from you, like a renewed connection or a new permission, you get a plain explanation and the next step. Short hiccups are retried on their own, and once things are sorted a manager can send the post again.
