A native desktop app
Revari for Mac is a native macOS app that runs in its own window. It signs in to the same Revari account and shows the same workspace, book and data as the web app, with the speed and feel of a desktop app for people who keep Revari open all day.
It runs on macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later. Everything you can do on the web, you can do on the desktop, with the same account and the same data.
Installing it
Download Revari for Mac from the download link in your Revari workspace (your administrator can point you to it). It arrives as a disk image:
- Open the downloaded disk image.
- Drag the Revari icon into your Applications folder.
- Open Revari from Applications and sign in.
Signing in
Sign in the same way you do on the web: your Revari email and password, plus the emailed verification code if your workspace uses two-step sign-in. If your team signs in through Google, Microsoft or your company's single sign-on, use that button instead. Once you're in, your workspace loads just as it does on the website.
Staying up to date
The app checks for new versions and updates itself in the background. You can also check for updates any time from the Revari menu, so you stay on the latest version without reinstalling.
Web or desktop, whichever suits you
Use the web app and the desktop app interchangeably. A change you make in one shows up in the other, because both work from the same live data. Use the desktop app on your Mac and the web app anywhere else.
