Start from the account or from scratch
Create a quote from the Quotes desk, from a deal, or from an account's Upsell tab (which pre-fills the account and product for you). Pin the account, and the quote picks up its legal entities and their quantities automatically.
The price builds itself
Select products from your catalog and the price updates live, with monthly, first-year and per-unit views side by side. Some products price per unit per month (a seat, an employee, a unit or usage), some as a flat charge, and some step by volume band. Revari handles all of them, so the math is done for you.
Quoting a customer with several legal entities? Price them all in one quote, each entity with its own quantity, and present a single total to the group or a sheet per entity, whichever the buyer prefers.
Discounts and what 'needs approval' means
You can discount a quote, and your leadership sets a pricing floor: the lowest price the business will accept. If a discount takes the quote below that floor, the quote is marked as needing approval and goes to leadership automatically. You can keep working while it waits, and it's ready to send as soon as someone with approval rights signs off.
With the same floor in place for everyone, you can negotiate with confidence.
Keep quantities current
Quantities such as seats or employees drive per-unit pricing, so keep them current on the account's entities. If the customer grows between quote and close, update the count and check the price again. Thirty seconds now saves a billing surprise later.
