Revari CRM

Campaigns send from Revari's own domain, with no mailbox to connect

Marketing campaigns now go out from Revari's sending domain (or your own verified domain) in the sender's name, with replies going to their inbox. Bounces are counted, one-click unsubscribe works in Gmail and Yahoo, and the footer carries your postal address.

What's new

  • Campaigns: any team member can be the sender, with their name on the From line and their address as Reply-To, without connecting a mailbox. When the sender has connected one, their replies are recorded on the campaign as well.
  • Campaigns: a Bounced count joins Sent, Failed, Replied and Unsubscribed, and hard bounces and spam complaints go onto your opt-out register automatically.
  • Campaigns: Gmail and Yahoo's one-click Unsubscribe works alongside the footer link.
  • Settings › Marketing: add the postal address for the email footer (needed before scheduling), and use the Sending domain card to send from your own verified domain once Revari switches it on for your workspace.
  • Campaign emails carry no tracking pixel, and every link goes out exactly as you wrote it.
  • Campaigns: a cancelled campaign can be restored. It goes back to draft if nothing was sent; otherwise it is paused with the unsent people pending again. The page header now offers Save draft, one next step, and a More menu.
  • Messages: the roster is split into Online and Offline, with your conversation with each person nested under their name. Hover a name to see their status. The head-count in the header lists who is in a thread, with + Add people; adding someone to a direct message turns it into a group, and you choose whether they see the history.
  • Messages: a bell notification tells you a message is waiting and clears the moment you read the thread. Removing a message removes it for everyone, on every open tab.
  • Phone: the More sheet inside the partner pages, Settings and a deal lists only that section's pages, Messages fits the screen, and tapping into a field on iPhone keeps the page at its normal size.
  • Deals › List: each stage's header stays pinned while you scroll its deals.
  • Sign-in: a stray space or line break at the end of a pasted password is ignored everywhere a password is typed or set, so a temporary password copied from an email works the first time.
  • Settings › Users: a platform admin can reset someone's password on the spot. Revari sets a temporary password and shows it once so you can hand it over, and the person picks a new one at their next sign-in.
  • Today: Your day is the page. Customize lets you tick the views you want, such as Tasks, Closing soon, Pipeline and Renewals, and each one becomes a card under Your day that you can drag into order and make full width, shorter or taller. Every card's header stays put while its list scrolls. Your layout is remembered, and Customize can save it as a named favorite to bring back with one tap (manage them under Profile › Today desk).
  • Today: three starter boards, Program lead, Team lead and Seller's day, sit in Customize and under Profile › Today desk. Apply one, then tweak it or save it as a favorite.
  • Notifications: every row in the bell has an ✕ to delete it, Delete read clears everything you have already looked at, and Mark all read replaces Clear all.
  • Phone numbers are stored in one international format (+1 555 123 4567) wherever you enter them, in your profile, accounts, contacts and prospects, and shown the familiar way, so every number is ready to dial. Existing numbers were converted.
  • Profile: its pages are grouped like the sidebar into Account, Workspace, Desks, Revari and Lists. Today desk, CPQ desk, Support desk, Mobile bar, Guided tours, Suggestions and Hey Revari each have a page of their own, and old links still land on the right one. Notifications now live under Identity › Emails from Revari.
  • Profile › Mobile bar: the order you set under More saves and shows on the phone's More sheet, and every row can be dragged into place with a finger.
  • Today: "Your day" is the opening view. It shows your quota for the period, month-to-date win rate and pipeline coverage as rings, then today's meetings from your connected calendar and your overdue, due-today and done-today tasks on one timeline you can tick off, with Closing soon and a Revari suggestion beside it.
