Revari CRM

Sequences that run themselves, automation that keeps its promises

Cadences now enroll people on eleven real-world moments and are built in a visual editor, automation rules fire exactly as their settings say, and new workspaces get onboarding, importing and guided tours. The app also picked up a wave of everyday improvements that reps asked for.

What's new

  • Sequences: a new builder with the steps in an outline on the left and one step at a time on the right, a Flow view of the whole cadence, an Insert field menu for merge fields ({{firstName}}, {{companyName}}, {{senderName}} and more) and a live preview with a sample contact.
  • Sequences: eleven enrollment triggers: manual, new account, new contact, deal created, deal reaches a stage you pick, deal goes quiet for N days, deal won, deal lost, quote sent, quote accepted, and renewal approaching. 'Deal goes quiet' and 'renewal approaching' also act on the deals you already have, so the editor shows how many people would enroll and saves the cadence switched off until you tick 'Turn it on now'.
  • Sequences: enroll an account or contact while creating a cadence; edit, duplicate, archive or restore from each row; and a partner workspace can publish a cadence to every one of its client workspaces as it saves.
  • Sequences: cadence emails go out in a branded template in Revari blue with your signature (switchable per cadence), links are clickable, and the daily send cap counts per contact. Tasks created by a cadence show which one they came from.
  • Sequences: Library and Active are tables with pinned headers, and Active has Due now, Scheduled and Completed tabs so everything is in view. Guardrails (approval and the daily cap) live in Settings › Sales process.
  • Automation: every trigger fires: deal changes stage (optionally a specific stage), deal won, quote priced below floor, task overdue, open deal stale, quota behind, pipeline coverage low, and below-floor approvals waiting. Rules scoped to a stage now fire as set, so if you switched one off earlier, it is worth turning back on.
  • Automation: tasks a rule opens carry the priority, due date and details you set and go to the deal or task owner, notifications use your rule's message, and rules can be edited, duplicated and deleted from the row menu.
  • Onboarding hub for new workspaces: set up a partner and its client workspaces from a saved template, import accounts, contacts and deals from a CSV, check the results, and hand off, with a resend for the welcome email.
  • Guided tours on Today, the partner pages, CPQ, the quote wizard and Prospecting; turn them on or off under Profile.
  • Conference lead capture: scan a badge or a business card from your phone and turn it into a prospect.
  • Partner programs: a partner Pipeline page, a list-price summary, a deals rollup dashboard and a reporting studio, and partner admins can edit deals and quotes.
  • Reporting: a compose-your-own dashboard builder, Run and Edit on saved reports, and a price-book dialog with currency tabs.
  • Accounts: contacts can be added, edited and typed on the account, deleted accounts can be restored, and deal win % follows the stage automatically.
  • Everyday comfort: drafts are kept per tab for composers and the cadence editor, settings warn you before you leave unsaved changes, a compact 'Finish setup' reminder, a separate contact-notes panel, sticky column headers everywhere, and your session stays alive while you work.
  • Security: the audit trail records who made each change, from where and on what device; integrations sign in with credentials of their own; Revari's emails arrive in Revari navy with a plain-text version; and you can sign in with SSO or with a password and an emailed code.
